CROSS COUNTRY TRACK
 
Cross Country is a 3.1 mile race over varying terrain.  It promotes physical fitness as well as individual and team competition.  Practices are held Monday through Friday and some Saturdays from mid-August to early November. Uniforms are issued at no charge.  Members provide their own shoes.  Parental help is occasionally needed.
