On the following weekends, the Friends of Arlington's Planetarium (FOP) will provide programming that may include full dome programs and fascinating lectures from the field of Astronomy and other scientific fields designed to broaden our appeal to the planetarium-going public!

Most FOP programs will be held at the regularly scheduled weekend showtimes.  For information about these special programs, see the FOP website. All proceeds go directly to support the planetarium.
 In the event of bad weather, call the Arlington Schools Inclement Weather Hotline at 1-866-322-4APS(4277). When school activities are canceled, the Planetarium will also be closed. However, if the swimming pools are open, public planetarium shows will proceed as scheduled.
