"Walking is the best possible exercise" ---Thomas Jefferson
The Let's Go Club is a walking club that focuses on health and exercise. The club meets after school on Tuesday's with Ms. Branco. Taking a walk reduces stress and gives your child an opportunity to blow off steam. People who have a healthy lifestyle as a child are more likely to continue those habits as an adult than those children who do not participate in exercise. Walking is a fun and simple way to get your child moving!
