AFJROTC cadets on CBS

AFJROTC cadets are "in the news"

CBS sponsored a segment called Troops to Teachers and included instructors and cadets from the Arlington Career Center's AFJROTC unit. Within the past 10 years or so, there has been increased emphasis in having former or retired military trade in their uniforms and become teachers. The Troops to Teachers organization supports this effort with training and grants.

The Aerospace Science Instructors, Lt Col Bill Conley and SMSgt Jesus Perez, both Troops to Teachers participants, jumped at the chance to showcase the amazing cadets of the VA-821 Cadet Group. Attached is the link for the segment.
