Snapshots: Wakefield Anti-Bullying Program

In this week’s episode, Snapshots talks with Wakefield High School Principal Dr. Chris Willmore, counselor Al Reid and students about the school’s anti-bullying initiative “Upstanders.” The program, in its first year, teaches student leaders how to address bullying and creates an anti-bullying climate in the school. Since the start of the school year, 75 students have been trained.

You can see “APS Snapshots” on Comcast Cable Channel 70 and Verizon FiOS Channel 41. Snapshots airs at the following times: Mondays at 10:30 p.m.; Tuesdays at 7 and 10:30 p.m.; Wednesdays at 10:30 p.m.; Thursdays at 7 and 10:30 p.m. (after School Board Meetings); Fridays at 8:30 and 10:30 p.m.; and Saturdays at 2 p.m. Snapshots may also run at additional times as scheduling allows.
