Prom this year will be at the Crystal City Hilton hotel
located at 2399 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, Virginia, 22202 on Friday, June 5, 2015 from 8:00 PM to
12:00AM. Tickets are being sold now until May 22nd
during all lunches. Tickets are $40 each. There is a maximum of 2 tickets per
Financial Literacy Day and Senior Picnic
Please note there has been a change! The
Financial Literacy Day and Senior Class Picnic will now be on Thursday, June 11, 2015. The picnic
will be from 1:00 until 3:00 PM. The
Senior Class will be provided food, beverages, music and games. Only Seniors
who have paid their class dues can come to the picnic.
Fees for Lost and/or Damaged Items
You must return all school materials in good
condition (this includes textbooks, calculators, team uniforms, etc.). You will be charged for any item not returned
or retuned in poor condition. These
charges, and any other school-related charges (for example, transcript fees)
must be paid for prior to receiving your cap and gown. We will pull your cap and gown and hold them
until all fees and charges have been paid.
Graduation rehearsal will take place at 9:00 AM
in the large gym on Thursday, June 18,
2015. Everyone wishing to
participate in the graduation ceremony must
attend the rehearsal. The
rehearsal will last approximately 1 hour.
Caps, gowns and graduation tickets will be distributed after the
Cap and Gown
have a cap and gown in order to participate in the graduation ceremony. The cap and gown cost is included in your
Senior Class dues. Caps and gowns will be distributed after graduation
rehearsal Thursday, June 18, 2015.
Graduation is on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 8pm at DAR Constitution Hall in
Washington, DC. Graduates will report to
Wakefield at 6:00 PM for lining up and then taking the bus to Constitution
Hall. Your family and friends will need
to go directly to Constitution Hall.
Doors open at 7:00 PM, and it is open seating.
All graduates will be given 10 tickets for the graduation ceremony. Tickets will be distributed after graduation
rehearsal on June 18, 2015. Requests
for additional tickets must be made by completing the Additional tickets
request form in room B-303.
Photographers from Lifetouch will be providing photographic
coverage of the commencement program. Lifetouch will have portraits available
online at events.lifetouch.com approximately one week after the ceremony.
