APS transitioned to Diligent Community to provide a more modern and user-friendly experience and make School Board information easier for the community to access.
Yes. Meeting agendas and related materials are available through the Meetings section of the new public site.
Yes. The site provides access to past meetings and their available agendas, materials, and minutes.
Yes. Diligent Community is accessible from mobile devices and web browsers.
School Board policies will be available on the new public platform under the policies tab, once they have been uploaded.
In the meantime, Policies and PIPs remain available on BoardDocs until further notice.
Yes. Use the Search feature or the Document Library to find public documents and information.
BoardDocs will remain active during the transition period; however all official meeting materials will now be available through Community moving forward.
