“Got Stress? Let’s Walk!” Virtual Event from Arlington’s Child and Family Service Division
Participants will participate in the Virtual Race on the AtlasGO app. The app will allow participants to record daily workouts while touring fun places, compete with others while building relationships and follow each other’s progress while rooting each other on. The participant will also be able to track their miles, post sweaty selfies, talk to people during the race and share virtual high-fives with the community. In addition, to the virtual walk the participant will be able to use other activities towards their race goal. The participant has the options to walk, run, step, bike, yoga, Pilates, meditation, gym workout, HIIT, Zumba, jump rope, indoor workout, spin, weight lifting and wheelchair options as well.
