Facility Use

Arlington Public Schools welcomes the use of school facilities by community organizations, businesses and other groups when such use is consistent with APS policies and does not interfere with school operations.

All requests for facility use must comply with APS Policy K-7 Use of School Facilities, or APS Policy Implementation Procedure K-7 PIP-1. Depending on the organization and proposed activity, rental fees and additional requirements may apply.

To ensure fairness, transparency and equitable access to school facilities, APS applies facility use policies and procedures consistently to all users. Facility use approvals, fees and requirements are determined according to current APS policies and procedures.
