To install the OneDrive App Open the App Catalog on the iPad. Find the OneDrive in the App Catalog list. Click the app and tap on the “Install’”button. Tap on the “Install” button again. You will see ‘Processing’ next to the app. Press the Home Button. The new or updated app will turn grey and gradually return to full-color as the app is updating. To navigate in the OneDrive app: Launch the OneDrive app from your iPad home screen. Log into your APS account. Make sure to add “@apsva.us” after your student ID number. Tap on the right arrow button. Tap and enter your student ID number only as your username. Tap and enter your APS password. Tap on the “Go” button. You will see a list of files in your APS OneDrive account. If you tap on the “Files” button on the button, you will view a list of files. If you tap on the “Recent” button, you will see a list of recently used files. If you tap on the “Shared” button, you will a list of shared OneDrive files with you. If you tap on the “Libraries”, you will see shared libraries. If you tap on the “Scan” button, you can scan printed documents and turn them into PDF files in your OneDrive. When you tap on “Scan” for the first time, make sure that you allow the OneDrive app to access the camera. Tap on “OK” to allow access. Hover the iPad camera over the document you want to scan. Then readjust the corners to the corners of the document. Tap on the “Done” button on the lower right corner when you’re done. Tap on the “Title” field to change the name of the file. Tap on the checkmark on the top right corner when you’re done. Then you will see the PDF file in the list of files in your OneDrive account.
