While none of us know exactly what school will look like for the 2020-21 school year, we do know there is likely to be an increased reliance on technology to support teaching and learning. This increased reliance on technology, along with the possibility that some students may not be in schools every day, is causing APS to make some adjustments to how we ensure technology is up and running correctly.
As part of these adjustments, APS had developed a few troubleshooting tips and guides for families to use at home. While the school ITCs remain the primary point of contact for student device repair, doing some basic troubleshooting at home might get the device back in working order much more quickly.
