Extended Day Registration Information

Registration for Summer 2022 and 2022-23 School Year

PLEASE NOTE:  To be eligible for Extended Day registration, the family account cannot have a past due balance.

School Year 2022-23 Registration

Phase 1: May 24 @ 8am – June 7 @ 3 pm

Guaranteed enrollment for students who meet Phase 1 eligibility criteria.

Phase 1 Eligibility Criteria:    Families with students enrolled in the afternoon session on April 1, 2022 and their siblings.

Phase 1 Registration Fee:    Non-refundable registration fee will be charged at the time of registration.  Registration fees must be paid by June 9, 2022 in order to guarantee enrollment for eligible students.  Please see our Payment page for additional information.

Phase 2: June 8 @ 8 am – June 22 @ 3 pm

Registration Opens for All Students –  Students registered during Phase 2 will be enrolled if the program does not reach capacity.

Students registered during Phase 2 will participate in a lottery and be assigned a family lottery number.  Students will be enrolled, in order of the family lottery number.  If a program has reached capacity, students will be placed on a waitlist.  Families will be informed of their enrollment or waitlist status by July 1, 2022.

Phase 2 Registration Fee:    Non-refundable registration fee will be charged at the time of registration.  Registration fees must be received by June 24, 2022 @ 3 pm for eligible students to be included in the lottery.  Please see our Payment page for additional information. Please note that MySchoolBucks, the online payment portal, is not available to families that are new to Arlington Public Schools until July 2022, so they cannot pay the registration fee online.  There is a drop box for checks in the Syphax Education Center Lobby that is available until 10 pm.

Phase 3: June 23 @ 8 am – throughout 2022-23 School Year

Families who register after June 22 will be enrolled if space is available.  If the program has reached capacity, the student will be placed on a waitlist in the order that their registration is received.

Phase 3 Registration Fee:    Non-refundable registration fee will be charged at the time of registration.  Registration fees must be paid within 10 business days of registration.  Registrations will be removed if the fee is not received.  Please see our Payment page for additional information.
