At Glebe Elementary School, Jill Yoakam wears many hats—and wears them well. As the test coordinator, she ensures assessments run smoothly and supports learning through small group intervention. Whether organizing logistics or guiding students one-on-one, she is truly the “Jill of all Trades.”


Kate Fitzpatrick

Kate Fitzpatrick brings color and care to Dorothy Hamm Middle School. In her classroom, every student is welcome and encouraged to express themselves through art. As the Art Club leader, she creates inclusive, hands-on experiences like mural design and sustainable projects. Her students’ artwork across the school says it all.


Lily (Lilith) Nightingale

Lily Nightingale is often the first face families meet at Innovation. As school registrar, she ensures the registration process is smooth and welcoming. From offering tours to supporting students with personal needs, Lily’s thoughtful care makes every new beginning a little easier.

Enid Dunbar

Enid Dunbar is a steady and compassionate presence at Jefferson Middle School. As an English learner teacher, she supports students with care and consistency, even amidst staffing changes. From mentoring students through their IB community projects to leading the Garden Club, her dedication is deeply rooted in every part of the school.


Teresa (Terri) Taylor

Terri Taylor leads with purpose at Kenmore Middle School. From facilitating schoolwide lessons on hate speech to guiding students through college prep and equity programs, her work centers on student voice and inclusion. A trusted adult and a true team player, she uplifts students and colleagues alike.
