Green Scene Showcases APS Student Volunteers Hosting Energy Board Game

Green Scene Green Scene Showcases APS Student Volunteers Hosting Energy Journey Game This week’s episode of Green Scene features APS student volunteers who helped host a life-size board game called the Energy Journey Game, an event organized and run by the County’s Arlington Initiative to Rethink Energy (AIRE). The Energy Journey Game challenged participants about ways to conserve their use of energy.

Students hosted tables that represented different stops along the EnergyJourney Game, and they asked energy-related questions to educate and inform the public about energy use. Through their participation, the students also learned firsthand about strategies that they could also adopt to save energy at home and school.
