Meg Hawkins was in her 20’s when she was diagnosed with depression and anxiety. She received counseling and remains committed to ongoing treatment. Like any chronic illness,       depression and anxiety have significantly impacted Meg’s life.Eric Provow served in the military for 20 years. His career included several overseas deployments in combat zones. A fire fight in 2002 led to symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Unfortunately, Eric’s illness went undiagnosed and untreated until 2015. Together Meg and Eric share their story to encourage others to come forward and ask for help and let people  know that “It’s OK to not be OK.”
