The school-level results of the Your Voice Matters stakeholder survey conducted last spring will be made available on the APS website on Tuesday, January 29 via a public dashboard that will be updated here: www.apsva.us/your-voice-matters.
APS staff, students and families will be able to access the school-level data by viewing the public dashboard at that time. As a reminder, the APS division-level data went live in October via the public dashboard. At that time, school teams attended a dashboard training offered by our survey vendor, Panorama Education, and a small group of staff at each school received training and access to school-level results as well, through individual dashboard accounts. On January 29, the school-level results will be made available on the public dashboard. This information will be shared with families and staff in an Engage message on January 31 and a Friday Five message on February 1.
Additionally, all APS staff will have access to school-level results via individual dashboard accounts that will be accessible through our new single sign-on system that will debut in February. While APS staff can access the school-level results by using the public dashboard starting on January, 29, the individual accounts will include more detailed information as well as allow users to bookmark survey data they are interested in. We will share more about individual accounts once the new single sign-on system is operational.
