Snapshots Showcases Global Village Summit

In this week’s episode, Snapshots showcases the APS Global Village Summit summer program at Arlington Traditional School. Global Village Summit provides engaging learning experiences that help students better understand and appreciate the world around them. Recognizing that Arlington is a unique global village, the program focuses on our own diverse community. Each day, students explore the geography, history, culture and critical issues of people from Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas.

“APS Snapshots” is a three-to-five-minute cable program highlighting student, teacher or school achievements, or featuring important, up-to-date information on a variety of topics.You can see “APS Snapshots” on Comcast Cable Channel 70 and Verizon FiOS Channel 41. “Snapshots” airs at 7:00 Monday – Friday, and may run at additional times as scheduling allows. “Snapshots” can also be viewed on YouTube at AETVaps.
