Will staff be required to be vaccinated?

Yes – Effective August 30, APS and Arlington County will require all employees to receive a COVID-19 vaccination. APS employees will be required to provide proof of vaccination status on or before September 13, 2021. Employees who choose testing instead of the vaccine will be required to receive COVID-19 testing weekly. Testing will be provided at no-cost to employees and will be available at school-based work locations and one central location within the county. Additional details are here.
