APS Educational Benefits Form

APS launches the new APS Educational Benefits Form responsive to data trends and stakeholder voice with an aim to improve student economic data used for program decisions (such as Title I) and academic fee waivers (such as Summer School).

All APS households are asked to support this effort by completing the 2-question Educational Benefits Form in ParentVUE April 15 through May 1, 2026.

If needed, a slightly longer form may be printed and submitted:
