Request to Speak Form

– The Request to Speak Form for the School Board Meeting on December 12 will be posted from December 6 through December 11 at 4 p.m. 

• A successful submission will display a confirmation message in bold, red font.
• A form not successfully submitted will display an error message and highlight the section that should be fixed (usually the Non-Agenda item field is left blank).  Before you submit again, be sure to click on the CAPTCHA field.
