If you are unable to find a copy of your deed, a copy can be obtained from the Arlington County Circuit Court Land Records Division.
The Arlington Circuit Court Land Records (Deeds) Office is open to walk-in customers Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m, in Suite 6200, 1425 N. Courthouse Rd, Arlington, VA 22201.
All customers can now visit Search (arlington.va.publicsearch.us) and purchase a copy of their deed or other documents for .50 per page and a $2.00 transaction fee. Copies can also be obtained at the kiosks in the Land Records office or by sending a letter with payment for the copies at .50 per page.
