She’s known for being approachable and responsive, often teaching others something new through her insight and collaborative spirit. Her institutional knowledge benefits secondary administrators districtwide, and her commitment to staffing our schools with qualified professionals is truly appreciated.

Ms. Everdale brings contagious energy and positivity to Barcroft. She dances and plays music on Fridays, creating joyful moments for students. Her approach in the classroom is equally uplifting, focusing on what students can do and encouraging them to try new strategies. She tackles every challenge with a team-first mindset and inspires others through her optimism.

Ms. Cushanick does it all, supporting both in the classroom and front office at Tuckahoe. She greets everyone with a smile and brings energy and creativity to planning sessions as a long-term sub. When faced with questions, she goes the extra mile to find answers. Her presence is truly uplifting and valued.
