APS Students Earn National Recognition in Essay Contest

Two APS students received prestigious awards in the 2024 National Chinese Essay Contest, organized by the Chinese Language Association of Secondary Elementary Schools (CLASS). The competition featured over 1,000 submissions from students across the United States.

  • Alice Cheng from the Arlington Tech earned the Silver Award.
  • Allison Butzer from Washington-Liberty High School received the Bronze Award.

Alice’s and Allison’s successes showcases the strength of APS’ Chinese language program and their dedication to mastering written Chinese. Congratulations, Alice and Allison!
