Using Schedules and Routines at Home
Tuesday, December 2: 7-8pm
Virtual session online via Zoom
Use this link to register for the session

Having regular schedules and routines is helpful for all kids—and especially for children with autism or other disabilities. Routines help children feel safe, lower anxiety, and make the day more predictable. This kind of structure can also make it easier for children to manage their emotions, stay focused, and build independence by breaking big tasks into smaller, doable steps. Routines can be a great way to support children with sensory needs, encourage social and emotional growth, and create a positive environment for learning and good behavior.
