Kenmore Counselor Recognized as School Counselor of the Year

APS National Board-Certified Teacher Dr. Sheila Barnhart-Ramirez was selected as the Elementary School Counselor of the Year for the Commonwealth of Virginia by the Virginia School Counselor Association. Dr. Barnhart-Ramirez moved to APS this year and now serves at Kenmore Middle School. She was selected for the award when still serving at an elementary level.
