Jennifer Taylor
Williamsburg Middle School
Jennifer Taylor, a special education teacher at Williamsburg, is recognized for her ability to build strong, trusting relationships with students. Known for her kindness and patience, she creates a supportive learning environment where students feel valued and understood. Jennifer also serves as a strong advocate for students with special needs and collaborates closely with families and colleagues to ensure every student receives the support they need to succeed.
Justin Robinson
Tuckahoe Elementary School
Justin Robinson is recognized for his student-centered approach and strong partnership with families. He communicates clearly and consistently while ensuring important details and deadlines are handled with care. His calm, thoughtful leadership helps guide students and families through complex situations, always keeping students’ best interests at the forefront.
Jessica Berg
Campbell Elementary School
Jessica Berg is celebrated for her innovative and highly effective classroom instruction. Her deep knowledge of curriculum and thoughtful lesson design create engaging learning experiences that meet students where they are. Jessica integrates hands-on learning, movement and real-world applications that help students connect classroom learning to everyday life. Her classroom is known for being warm, purposeful and full of meaningful learning.
Conor O’Rourke

Conor O’Rourke is honored for his dedication and steady leadership in supporting students and staff. Through periods of change, Conor has ensured continuity and strong support for students, taking on additional responsibilities with compassion and grace. His deep care for students and ability to provide stability make him a valued member of the Drew community.

Nicholas Coleman is recognized for his professionalism, fairness and trusted support of staff and leaders across the division.
