This month marks the 66th anniversary of the desegregation of Arlington Public Schools. This video features two of the four original students who first attended Stratford Jr High, Michael Jones and Ronald “Ronnie” Deskins, in addition to Dorothy Hamm whose civil rights activism championed the cause. It’s a condensed version of a longer documentary we are simultaneously releasing this month in honor of Black History Month.
