Introduction to Advanced Courses

Overview

This is a 4-day (16 hours total) course designed for Washington-Liberty High School students planning to take an AP or IB course for the first time in the upcoming school year. This course focuses on helping students develop the skills they need to be successful in high level courses.  Students will work on strengthening their reading comprehension, analytical writing, self-advocacy, time management, organizational skills and other executive functions needed to successfully complete AP or IB level classes.  This 4-day course is available during one of the summer school weeks:
