Wakefield AP/DE Summer Bridge Program

Overview

This is a 5-day course designed for students planning their first Advanced Placement (AP) or Dual Enrollment (DE) class in the 2026-27 school year. This course focuses on developing students’ skills needed to be successful in college level courses. Students will develop their reading comprehension, analytical writing, advocacy, time management, organizational skills and strategies needed to complete AP or DE level classes successfully.  This course is a total of 20 hours (4 hours a day for 5 days) during one of the summer school weeks.
