APS is using SchooLinks for College & Career Planning
What is SchooLinks?
SchooLinks is a modern college and career readiness platform designed to help students prepare for life after graduation. It supports students in discovering their strengths and interests, exploring college and career options, and building personalized academic and career plans. All APS students and families in grades K–12 will have access to SchooLinks. We’re excited that APS is transitioning to SchooLinks as our official college, career, and work-based learning planning platform!
All students in grades 6–12 have access to Schoolinks through “MyAccess”.
- All students are encouraged to log in and complete OnBoarding, which includes a career interest survey called Find Your Path.
- In the survey, students answer questions to:
- Identify potential strengths and interests.
- Receive suggested career clusters and opportunities from SchooLinks.
- Students may skip any or all questions in Find Your Path.
- Our initial focus will be on supporting current seniors and their support staff to learn and use SchooLinks, specifically the college application tools.
- Full implementation for all students K–12 and families will continue throughout the next school year (2025-26)
