Happy Winter Break!

Dear APS Families,

As we head into Winter Break, I wish you a safe, restful, and joyful time with those you care about!

I am deeply grateful for our students, staff, families, and community partners. Thank you for being part of our APS family and for the countless ways you support our schools throughout the year.

This year’s Winter Break Video Message features 11th grade students building gingerbread houses and sharing some holiday traditions they celebrate at home. Many thanks to Washington-Liberty High School for helping bring this message to life.

I look forward to seeing everyone back at school on January 5, 2026. Until then, best wishes for a peaceful and refreshing break.

With gratitude,

Dr. Francisco Durán
Superintendent
