April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month

During National Child Abuse Prevention Month, it’s important to highlight the role that education and prevention play in creating safe, stable and nurturing relationships, homes and communities for all children.

Child abuse happens, and it takes a community-wide effort to keep children safe, by learning appropriate ways to care for a child or reporting abuse. Visit the Arlington County Child Protective Services page to learn how to identify abuse and neglect or make a report.
