Arlington County Council of PTAs Announced the 2022-23 Reflections Winners

Last week, the Arlington County Council of Parent Teacher Associations (PTAs) announced the 2022-23 Reflections contest winners at the county level.

Reflections is a nationwide contest and arts promotion program that encourages students to create works in dance choreography, film production, literature, musical composition, photography, and visual arts, based on a common theme. This year’s theme was “Show Your Voice!” All students from prekindergarten through 12th grade are eligible to enter.

All participants listed in this announcement will be celebrated at an Arlington County Reflections Awards Ceremony at Washington-Liberty High School on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at 6:30 pm (snow date is Monday, February 13, 2023).

The top winner from each category and age division is selected as “Outstanding Interpretation of the Theme” and goes on to compete in the Virginia State PTA contest. The program continues at the national level. For questions, please e-mail April Maddox at ccptareflections@gmail.com.
