On Thursday, Oct. 26, in collaboration with the Arlington Chamber of Commerce and its members, forty-seven APS high school students from across the division participated in a Career Day.
After the kickoff at Amazon headquarters, students went to their assigned work location. Twenty different Chamber of Commerce hosts, whose work aligns with career clusters in which the students are interested, opened their workplaces to engage our students.
APS thanks all host organizations for helping our students better understand how the classroom curriculum supports career development, and the Arlington Chamber of Commerce for supporting this experience.
