APS High School Bell Schedule Review

Arlington Public Schools (APS) is reviewing high school bell schedules to ensure they best support student learning, engagement, and access to opportunities.

A Bell Schedule Work Group, made up of staff, students, and families from each high school, will meet on October 13 and October 22 to review the strengths and challenges of current models and explore alternative options. Together, the group will consider how different schedules can best reflect our shared commitment to high-quality instruction, equitable access, and expanded opportunities for all students.

Findings and recommendations from the work group will be presented to the APS School Board in November 2025.
