Office of English Learners 5 Year Strategic Action Plan

The Office of English Learners has partnered with AIR (American Institutes for Research) to develop a 5-Year Strategic Action Plan to support the success of APS’s English learner community.  The plan focuses on five areas: EL Student Success, EL Student Well-Being, Leadership and Capacity Building, Coherent and Effective Systems, and Family and Community Partnerships.
